01 Purchases through Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for CactusBrain subscriptions. It is the seller on the transaction: it charges the payment method, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt, and administers recurring billing under its applicable payment terms and policies.
CactusBrain remains the supplier, owner, and licensor of the product and handles product delivery and technical support. This policy explains where to request a refund; it does not replace Lemon Squeezy's transaction terms or create a separate refund guarantee.
02 Canceling renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for a period equal to the current subscription term until canceled. Use the customer portal link provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or subscription email, or contact [email protected] for billing support.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access through that date and will not be charged for the next period. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not by itself refund a charge already made.
03 Requesting a refund
Contact [email protected] with the email used for purchase, transaction details, and the reason for the request. Do not send full card details to CactusBrain.
For a product defect or delivery problem, contact us so we can investigate. If a refund is approved, it is issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method where possible.
04 Eligibility
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, transactions are non-refundable. CactusBrain may approve a discretionary refund, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Duplicate or unauthorized charges, non-delivery, material defects, and other legally protected circumstances are reviewed under applicable law.
If a refund is issued, access to the refunded subscription, hosted features, future model or artifact downloads, updates, and related entitlements may end. Refunds do not relicense software, models, or artifacts outside the rights granted by their applicable licenses.
05 Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits a statutory consumer guarantee, withdrawal right, or remedy that cannot be waived. Eligibility and timing vary by location and transaction. In some jurisdictions, a right to withdraw from digital content or services may end after you expressly request immediate supply and begin downloading, accessing, or benefiting from the product.
